This is to formally inform you that Librecion Private Limited will be discontinuing its cloud managed services operations, effective 31/08/2026.

Since our establishment in 2022, we have been committed to delivering reliable and secure services to small and growing businesses. We sincerely appreciate the trust and partnership you have extended to us during this time.

This decision follows a comprehensive review of our business operations and strategic direction.

Client Transition and Next Steps:

• All services will remain active until 31/08/2026, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
• Clients are advised to make alternative arrangements prior to the discontinuation date to avoid any disruption.
• Upon request, we will provide reasonable assistance with data access, documentation, and transition support, subject to existing contractual terms.
